3:00 to 4:30 – Final set up
4:30 to 5:15 – Sound checks for musicians (or any time prior if productions is ready)
5:30 to 6:15pm – Social time, Appetizers & cocktails
6:15p – Welcome by executive director, Bill Edson
6:30p – Dinner is served
During dinner the following awards will be Presented: Scott Hodgkins Volunteer Award, President’s Award
6:45p - Legacy Award presented
7:00 to 7:45p – entertainment featuring Jason Moon
7:50 - Founder’s Speech and Award and Recognitions
8:00 to 8:45 - entertainment by Logan Brill
Intermission: Ally Award and Outstanding Veteran Award
8:50 to 9:20 – entertainment concludes by Logan Brill
